Baking Instructions

– Place 4oz morning buns in medium or Texas sized muffin tray (1oz work best in mini-muffin tray, or on an open cookie sheet.)

– Allow to thaw 1-2 hours @ room temperature, or overnight in cooler (38-40 degrees F.)

– Buns can be proofed for ten minutes @ 110 degrees F, but not necessary if completely thawed.

– Place on sheet pan or cookie sheet to catch any drip

– Bake in a 375-degree oven for 25-30 minutes (13-18 minutes for 1oz)

– Flip out of muffin trays (the bottoms become the tops)

– Roll cinnamon/sugar buns in addition cinnamon and sugar when hot but cool enough to handle (options could be caramel and pecans or icing, as desired)

– Use glaze or icing as desired on Raspberry flavored buns

– Use glaze or icing and/ or almond slivers on Almond flavored buns

– Morning buns are best tasting when displayed in an open-air environment
